I recently attended a cooking interest class. The first term I learned about meat buns and steamed buns. I took them home after making them. The meat buns were well received. Today I will work independently for the first time, and I will have a dried vegetable meat bun.

Dried Vegetable Meat Buns (simplified Version)

1. Minced meat

2. Soak the dried vegetables for an hour

3. Diced dried vegetables and minced meat, mix well

4. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth and wake up for 15 minutes

5. Dice the dough, knead the skin bun and dry vegetable meat bun

Tips:

Dried vegetables have enough saltiness, soy sauce only needs a spoonful to add freshness!
