Steamed Dumplings with Assorted Dried Vegetables

Dried eggplant, soaked, chopped.

Dried beans, soaked and chopped.

Dry mother-in-law, after soaking hair, chopped.

After soaking the fungus, chop finely.

Dried tofu, cordyceps flowers, soaked, chopped.

Onion, finely chopped. Warm a pan with cold oil, and stir-fry the onions for a nice flavor.

Then add chopped dried eggplant, dried beans, fungus, cordyceps flower, mother-in-law's diced and stir fry.

Add a small amount of water, season and simmer for flavor, and dry the soup. Season to add appropriate amount of five-spice powder, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt. After the soup is dried, the fillings are allowed to cool and set aside.

Steamed dumpling dough, half-hot noodles. Mix flour with appropriate amount of salt, one part is blanched with boiling water to form dough, the other part is put in cold water, the two parts are mixed, after kneading the dough, let the dough rise for 10-15 minutes, knead the dough again to form a smooth dough, set aside.

For wrapping, the dough is divided into suitable size noodles, and the skin is rolled (thick in the middle and thin in the surroundings), and dumplings are just fine.
