Pickled Fish

One Jiang Tuan fish, wash it, let the vendor kill it directly when buying it, wash the pickled cabbage and set aside

Put the fish chopped pieces in a basin, take a green onion and cut into sections, slice 4 garlic cloves, slice ginger, and put on the chopped fish

Put an appropriate amount of five-spice powder, 4 teaspoons of cooking wine, stir well and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes. Jiang Tuan fish has a heavier fishy smell, it is best to marinate it to remove it before cooking
