Pickled Fish

Tips:
1. For black fish, scrape the stickiness on the fish skin, otherwise it will be fishy;
2. The sauerkraut can also be replaced with the kind of sauerkraut packed in a bag and cut it by yourself. I am useless for the bag of sauerkraut.
