Pickled Garlic and Grilled Belly

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Put the belly strips in a pressure cooker, add coriander, pepper, cooking wine and ginger slices, steam and press for 20 minutes.

Cut various ingredients as shown in the picture.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Add 1 tablespoon of bean paste and stir fry for a nice flavor.

Add garlic, pickled ginger, pickled pepper and Chinese pepper and stir fry for 30 seconds.

Add the pressed belly and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add potatoes and stir fry for 1 minute.

Pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Pour twice the amount of water and bring to a boil. Turn to medium heat and cook until the soup thickens.

Add 1 tablespoon of Lao Gan Ma oil and chili before cooking.
