Pigskin Jelly

Boil the pigskin in a pot.

Soak in cold water.
3.
Use a knife to remove the excess fat, leaving only the pigskin.

Add water to pigskin, green onions, ginger, and a little salt. (Not too much water)
5.
Press the tendon button of the electric pressure cooker.
6.
Remove the green onions and ginger, pour into a blender and smash.
7.
Pour into a bowl.
8.
Store in the refrigerator to freeze and cut into pieces. It can be put into a fresh-keeping bag if it is not used up and stored in the refrigerator.
