Pigskin Jelly
1.
Buy pigskins and wash them clean, and rinse them with boiling water to clean up pig hairs.
2.
Put the cleaned pigskin into a pot, add star anise, cinnamon, and ginger to boil, boil for 20 minutes, remove the skin oil, scrape clean, and cut into strips.
3.
Cut the pigskin into the pressure cooker, add a little bit of salt to the horizontal pigskin, it doesn’t need to taste salty. The pressure cooker rang for half an hour, the water dries, and the pot is poured into the box.
4.
Put it in the refrigerator and let it thaw the next day. It will thaw soon. Cut into slices, very refreshing, non-greasy, pure pig skin, very chewy. You can put it on the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator if you can't finish it, and it won't melt.
Tips:
Pig fur must be cleaned up so that it does not affect the appearance.
