Pigskin Jelly

Wash the pigskin and pour it into the pot, add a piece of ginger, boil water and cook for about ten minutes

Remove and rinse with warm water to drain the water

Cut into thin strips

Put the pork skin strips, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon into the pot together, pour the cooking wine and oyster sauce, add twice the water

Turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes

Pick out the aniseed and put it into the fresh-keeping box while it is hot

Cooling and solidification

Take out and cut into pieces and serve
Tips:
Pigskin must be cleaned of fat and oil so that it won’t be greasy. You can season it according to your personal taste!
