Pineapple Applesauce

Remove the hard core of the pineapple, cut into pieces and soak in light salt water for 5 minutes; peel the apple and cut the core into pieces.

Into the food processor and beat into a delicate fruit puree.

Pour the puree into the bread bucket, add lemon juice, rock sugar, and white sugar.
4.
Select program 15 (fancy jam) to start.
