Plum Mousse

Prepare the ingredients, soak the fish film in cold boiled water to soften it.

Wash the strawberries to remove the stalks, mash them into a food processor and sieve to remove particles.

Add the soaked isinglass to the milk and put it in a microwave oven on high heat for 30 seconds to melt the isinglass. Add sugar and strawberry puree and mix well and let cool.

The whipped cream is placed in an anhydrous and oil-free container and sent to 7 for distribution.

Add the milk mixture to the cream and mix well.

Pour into molds and refrigerate for more than two hours.

Just decorate with plum blossoms.

Tips:
1. The whipped cream will not disappear easily when the whipped cream is passed until the big lines are almost distributed.
2. The plum blossoms are soaked in light salt water before use.
