Pomegranate Juice
1.
Wash the epidermis of the pomegranate, and use a knife to cut off the part with the pedicle at the top
2.
You can see that there are some divisions, and then make a few cuts along the divisions, not too deep, and dig out the top center with a knife.
3.
Okay, it’s easy now. Just gently break the pomegranate into several pieces, which is a bit similar to peeling an orange.
4.
Then tear off the fascia and rub the pomegranate seeds off. Isn’t it simple?
5.
Put the rubbed pomegranate seeds into the food processor and beat them into juice with a cooking stick. You can filter it, leaving only the juice. I like to leave the plant fiber without filtering. As long as it sits for a while, the seeds will sink to the bottom. Just pick up and drink directly, leaving behind the seeds in the end. The juice is very sweet, it feels so happy.
This way of eating, gave me a box of pomegranates and quickly ate them.

Food Compensation: Pomegranate cannot be eaten with tomatoes, crabs, watermelons, and potatoes.
If it is taken at the same time with potatoes, leeks can be soaked in water to drink to detoxify.
