Pomegranate Juice

I just picked the pomegranate from the tree. It’s fresh enough for a minute, and it’s big and the seeds are quite sweet. It’s a very good variety.

Wash the pomegranate, cut off the upper part of the petals, then use a knife to make a cross cut on the epidermis, just cut the skin, don’t cut the seeds

Then gently break along the incision to divide into two, and then break into four. With this method, the pomegranate is easily broken.

Peel the pomegranate seeds

Actually there is no need to clean it, but I still rinsed it with super micro water and then filtered

Put the pomegranate seeds in the mixing cup

Stir it into juice

Use a mesh sieve to filter out the residue

The filtered pomegranate juice has just been filtered and it has foam on the top. It will be ready after a while

Pour the juice into the glass and enjoy
