Pomegranate Wine
1.
Prepare pomegranate, soft seeds or hard seeds.
2.
Remove the skin of the pomegranate
3.
Prepare disposable gloves and a clean, oil- and water-free bowl.
Peel all the pomegranates and place them in a large bowl.
4.
It is best to choose a glass container for pomegranate, boil it in a pot, and sterilize it.
5.
Start making wine! Prepare a bottle of liquor, preferably with a fragrance above 35 degrees. The 50-degree Erguotou I used.
6.
I chose crushed yellow rock candy. Because the bottle mouth is relatively small. Large chunks of rock candy won't fit in.
7.
Prepare an electronic scale to weigh the pomegranate.
Pomegranate: wine: rock sugar=1:1:0.4~0.6
8.
Use 200 grams of pomegranate, put 200 grams of white wine, and 80 grams of rock sugar.
This pomegranate is sweeter.
9.
Just do it according to this ratio!
Unsealed after 3 months of sealing!
My bottle was relatively small, and later I changed it to a larger one. Otherwise, the gas produced by the wine will burst easily!
Tips:
1. The wine container must be clean! \n2. Reserve a certain space in the container, the wine will produce gas, and it will burst when filled! \n
