Pork Floss Rice Ball

The braised rice has a slightly harder texture. Add a little glutinous rice and rice together. There is no meat floss at home, so chop fish fillets instead. The eggs are broken up and the carrots are used for sculpting.

Boil sushi vinegar. Mix salt, sugar, and white vinegar in a ratio of 1:2:5, simmer for a while, let cool and set aside.
