Prepare the ingredients. I didn't make any milk, so I didn't add milk this time. Mashed potatoes without milk are not moisturized with milk.

Plate. You can sprinkle some fish floss on the mashed potatoes, or you can just sprinkle it on the side instead of sprinkling it.
11.
This one is not sprinkled with fish floss on the mashed potatoes
12.
Put some pine nuts next to it. It’s great to eat some nuts every day~
Tips:
1. The mashed potatoes must be pressed, do not beat with a mixer, it will become minced potatoes (the taste is not good), not puree.
2. Because Thousand Island sauce and mustard tuber have a salty taste, it is generally unnecessary to add additional salt. If the amount of Thousand Island sauce and mustard shreds is small and the saltiness is insufficient, add a little salt.
3. Do not add more milk, just add 10-20ml depending on the amount of mashed potatoes. Adding more milk is not suitable for the salty taste. If not added, the mashed potatoes taste a bit dry.
4. Shrimp can also be used directly. Because the refrigerator at home happens to have fresh frozen shrimp, just use it.
5. Various ingredients can be increased or decreased according to your taste preferences.
