Pork Stew Noodles

After the water is boiled, put the pork in the pot and cook for 10 minutes! Add green onion and ginger cooking wine to get rid of the smell!

Prepare frozen tofu vermicelli, scallion, ginger, garlic

Wash the sauerkraut with hot water

Then put the vermicelli! Because my vermicelli was not soaked in water, I put it together with sauerkraut! Then put in the cooking wine, oyster sauce and salt for 13 incense!
