Pork with Dried Plums and Vegetables

Soak the dried plums overnight, wash and drain the water for later use.

Wash the pork belly, put it in a pot, add water, add the five-spice star anise and ginger to a boil, turn to a low heat and cook for 20 minutes

The cooked meat is strained to remove the broth, and the strained meat is covered with a layer of soy sauce

Put the oil in the pan, add the pork belly and fry slowly until both sides are colored, and fry some fat and turn off the heat

Put the fried fat in another pot, add the dried plums and stir fry for a while, then pour the broth that was previously cooked into the dried plums, add rock sugar and light soy sauce, turn to a low heat and simmer for 15 minutes!

Slice the pork belly neatly into the steaming bowl

Spread the boiled dried plums on the sliced pork belly, turn to a low heat and steam for 20 minutes

Pour out the soup and continue steaming for 20 minutes

Take out the steaming bowl and place it on the plate
Tips:
When cooking dried plums, be sure to let the dried plums soak up the broth; the final dried plums and pork belly were simmered twice for a total of 40 minutes, in order to have a richer taste, don't be lazy! It tastes great!
