Pour into the prepared egg tart crust, and it is 7 minutes full. Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Tips:
1. Generally, 18-20 minutes is sufficient, and the temperature of the oven may vary depending on the oven. Adjust it up and down according to your own oven. If it is 200 degrees, it will be almost enough to bake it until the skin is colored;
2. There is a little difference in how much the same oven is placed in different positions, some will be colored quickly, and some are not. You can take out the first batch in advance, and add a few minutes for the others.
