Portuguese Egg Tart

Stir whipped cream, milk and fine sugar evenly;

Pour in egg yolk, sieve low-gluten flour, stir evenly and sieve to eliminate bubbles and impurities to make egg tart liquid;

Place the custard crust on the baking tray;

Pour in the egg tart liquid (seven minutes full), the egg tart embryo is finished, put it aside for later use;

Power on the oven, select the upper and lower layers to preheat for 10 minutes, 200 degrees;

After preheating is complete, put the prepared egg tart embryos in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. (Bake until the surface of the tart is crispy).
