Portuguese Egg Tart

Milk ➕ sugar ➕ whipped cream heated in water to melt the sugar

Add egg yolk and stir well

Add flour and mix well

I always find it troublesome to not go through the sieve (it’s better to go through the sieve again)

Pour into the tart wrapper 8 minutes full, preheat the oven to 210 degrees, and bake the middle layer at 210 degrees for about 25 minutes (pay attention to the last five minutes)
6.
Just bake the focus.
