Potatoes with Fragrant Pepper and Salt

After washing, the small potatoes are steamed directly in a pot without peeling them. Poke them with chopsticks, and they will be steamed if they can be easily pierced in.

Flatten it with a knife.

Put a little peanut oil in a non-stick pan.

Add the squashed potatoes and fry them over a medium-to-low heat.

Fry both sides until browned and sprinkle with chili powder.

Put pepper and salt.

Freshly ground a little black pepper, sprinkle a little chopped green onion before serving.
