Praline Toffee

Ingredients: 125 grams of whipped cream, 63 grams of white sugar, 20 grams of maltose, 40 grams of peanuts, 10 grams of watermelon seeds, 10 grams of pumpkin seeds

The nuts are roasted and chopped, set aside. Pour maltose, whipped cream, and white sugar into the pot, heat on medium and low heat, and simmer until it becomes translucent. Stir constantly, heat and boil until it becomes a light coffee color.

Pour in the crushed nuts and mix well. Pour into molds and refrigerate until set

Buckle out, cut into pieces, and wrap with glutinous rice paper and sugar paper.
Tips:
When boiling the sugar, stir constantly to avoid burning the bottom of the pot.
The fire should not be too high, just medium fire.
The prepared sugar should be stored in an airtight jar to prevent moisture.
