Private House One Product Pot
1.
This is the braised pork that I made in the morning. I take out a part of it to make bon choi. You can also buy ready-made barbecued pork or roast goose or lo-mei on the street. The ingredients can be combined at will. There is no special requirement.
2.
Wash lotus roots and carrots, peel them, and cut into hob pieces. If a large family eats dishes, the ingredients can be richer. White radish, winter melon, tofu bubble, bamboo shoots, broccoli, and corn can all be added, as long as they are finished. That's it, a big pot full, like a big harvest scene.
3.
Wash the mushrooms, cut some cuts, wash the kelp knots, wash the meatballs, and cut the cross cuts. After cooking, they will burst and look good.
4.
Boil an appropriate amount of water, add 4 grams of salt, and blanch the lotus root and carrots for about 10 minutes.
5.
Pour the shiitake mushrooms and kelp together and blanch for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.
6.
Then mix the sauce: Pour soy sauce in a bowl, 2 grams of salt, oyster sauce, chicken powder, sesame oil, add half a bowl of water, and mix well.
7.
Heat the enamel pot, pour in cooking oil, and explode the aroma of the garlic.
8.
Then put all the ingredients neatly into the pot, spread the lotus root on the bottom layer, and put the meat on top.
9.
Pour the prepared sauce evenly on top of the ingredients.
10.
Cover the pot, turn to medium-low heat after high heat, simmer for about 30 minutes, turn off the heat, put on heat-proof gloves, and bring the whole pot to the table.
11.
Sprinkle some coriander or chopped green onion and serve while hot.
Tips:
Small family dishes are not as big as group dishes. If there are more dishes, they can't be eaten, and it is not good to cause waste. In the selection of ingredients, you can increase or decrease the ingredients according to your family's preferences.
