Tips:

1. There is no fixed ratio of bayberry, white wine and sugar (beginners can make it at a ratio of 4:5:1), but the white wine must be 1-2 cm below the bayberry so that the bayberry will not deteriorate. If you like a sweeter taste, add more rock sugar to the wine.
