This is a revised version of Ms. Meng's protein walnut shortbread. A lazy person, unwilling to peel the walnuts to roast them. Peanuts are ready-made, just need to peel them. Protein Peanut Shortbread

1. Prepare materials

2. Chopped peanuts

3. Beat the egg whites into fish-eye bubbles with a whisk

4. Add tartar powder, add sugar in three times and beat

Tips:

Nuts can be replaced with any variety you like, of course, the name will change accordingly
