Ingredients

Puning Grilled Octopus with Bean Sauce

1. 2 strips of hairtail.

2. Cut the hairtail evenly into 3 sections, wash the belly and set aside.

3. Wash green garlic and cut into sections, wash celery and cut into sections.

4. One cup of Puning bean paste is reserved (the one I used when I was young, it's very classic).
