Puning Grilled Octopus with Bean Sauce

2 strips of hairtail.

Cut the hairtail evenly into 3 sections, wash the belly and set aside.

Wash green garlic and cut into sections, wash celery and cut into sections.

One cup of Puning bean paste is reserved (the one I used when I was young, it's very classic).
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add green garlic segments and stir fry to create a fragrance.
6.
Add the octopus section and fry for a while.
7.
Add a spoonful of Puning bean paste and appropriate amount of water, cover and cook.
8.
Simmer for a while and add celery.
