Purple Glutinous Rice Fermented Rice

Prepare purple glutinous rice and round glutinous rice;

Tips:
1) All the production tools must be scalded with boiling water and no water and no oil. 2) The soaked glutinous rice does not depend on the time but the state. It can be crushed with fingers to prove that the soaking is proper, and then it can be steamed in the steamer. 3) Don't use the yogurt machine to ferment in the hot summer, just cover the fermentation at room temperature. In other seasons, yogurt machine can be used to ferment.
