Purple Rice Eel Sushi

Ingredients: seaweed slices, cooked egg pancakes, cucumber, purple rice, canned eel.

Lay the sushi curtain flat and then put a piece of plastic wrap, then put the seaweed slices on top, first spread the purple rice on the seaweed (mix the purple rice with a little sushi vinegar).
