Purple Sweet Potato Dumpling

Peel and wash the purple sweet potato, then cut the purple sweet potato into pieces, put it in a steamer and steam it; then take out the purple sweet potato and press it into a pureed purple sweet potato with a spoon while it is hot;

Take a part of the purple potato mash and mix it with fine sugar; I prepare a lot of purple potato mash, and I can't finish it at one time. You can put the remaining purple potato mash in the freezer of the refrigerator for storage;

Mix the purple potato mash with an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour; because the purple potato glutinous rice balls do not add a drop of water, the glutinous rice flour needs to be added gradually;

Knead the purple potato mash, fine sugar and glutinous rice flour into a smooth glutinous rice ball;

Then divide the whole glutinous rice ball into small doses of uniform size, and then round the small doses;

Pour clean water into the milk pan and bring to a boil;

Then add the purple sweet potato balls and cook until they float;

After the glutinous rice balls are cooked, serve them out and enjoy them while they are hot; [Purple Sweet Potato Dumplings] is ready.
Tips:
1. Purple sweet potato dumplings do not add a drop of water, so glutinous rice flour needs to be added gradually;
2. Purple sweet potato is sweet, fine sugar can be added as appropriate; because purple sweet potato itself is sweet, in order not to make the glutinous rice balls too sweet, so there is no glutinous rice balls filling;
