Purple Sweet Potato Snow Crisp

Weigh all the materials.

Dried cranberry raisins and various mixed dried nuts. (You can mix dried fruits as you like. The dried nuts I ordered include sunflower kernels, peanut kernels and pumpkin kernels)

Add butter to the pot, slowly heat the butter over medium-low heat until it melts.

Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir slowly until the marshmallows are completely melted.

The marshmallow melted completely to this extent.

Add milk powder and purple potato powder.

Continue to stir and mix until the milk powder and purple potato powder are combined.

Add the biscuits and all the dried fruits.

Mix and stir evenly. (Use a small fire for the whole audience)

Put it out of the pan and put it in a large flat plate.

Use a rolling pin to roll it to a thickness of 2 to 3 cm.

Sift in a layer of milk powder while it is warm on the surface to make a snowflake shape. Sift milk powder on the other side.

After it cools down, cut into small squares with a knife.

Tips:
If you don’t like dried fruits, just add the same amount of dried cranberry raisins and peanuts. You can also buy mixed canned dried nuts in the supermarket. Personal
