This is a very, very crisp biscuit,
It is a crispy dregs, a strong fragrance, and a more traditional dessert that meets the taste of the Chinese people. It is very similar to the peach crisp, but the method is slightly different and each has its own flavor.

Qing De Su

1. Ingredients: low-gluten flour, lard, egg liquid, honey, soda, baking powder, ground peanuts.

2. Put baking powder, soda, and sugar in the lard until it is emulsified, then pour into the egg liquid.

3. Pour the honey and whipped.

4. Beat until fully emulsified.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour.

6. Stir until there is no dry powder, pour in the ground peanuts.

7. Knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap and let for 10 minutes.

8. The dough dries into 0.5 thick chunks.

9. Use a fork to insert the small holes evenly.

10. Use a dough cutter to cut into large pieces.

11. Place the baking tray.

12. The oven is heated at 170 degrees and lower at 150 degrees. Bake for 13 minutes and it will be out.

Tips:

Baking powder, soda, and sugar are whipped and emulsified, and other ingredients are fully and evenly placed.
