Qq Mirror Pudding

Prepare all the ingredients for later use.

Mix the milk, whipped cream, and white sugar on a low heat and stir evenly (do not overheat).

After turning off the heat, add the egg whites and mix well.

Filter the pudding liquid with a strainer.

Pour the liquid into the prepared container and wrap it in plastic wrap.

After boiling over high heat for 10 minutes, take out the pudding and put it in the refrigerator to solidify for 1 to 2 hours.

Add hot water to QQ sugar. (The ratio of water to QQ sugar is 1:1; it doesn't matter if the water is small, the mirror surface of the QQ part is darker), put it in a pot and steam for 2 minutes to melt, and let it cool.
8.
Slowly add the chilled QQ sugar syrup to the solidified pudding and put it in the refrigerator to freeze.
