Pumpkin Yogurt Mousse Cake

Prepare all the ingredients (steamed pumpkin in advance)

Pour the pumpkin puree, white sugar and yogurt into the food processor

Start the cooking machine to puree

Gelatine tablets melt in water

Add the melted gelatine slices to the mashed pumpkin and stir evenly

Put a piece of cake in the mold

Pour half of the pumpkin puree. Then spread a slice of cake, then pour the remaining pumpkin puree. Put it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours

Add a little boiled water to QQ sugar to melt well

Pour into the shaped pumpkin mousse. Then put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours until the surface is solidified

Take the refrigerated mousse cake out of the mold
Tips:
When unmolding the mousse cake, use a hair dryer to unmold.
