Quick Breakfast-sandwiches

The ingredients are: 2-4 slices of toast bread, 1-2 slices of ham, 1 egg, 1-2 slices of cheese.

Pour the eggs into a bowl, heat a small amount of salt to taste and beat them into egg liquid.

Heat the pot and pour a small amount of salad oil, then quickly pour the egg liquid into thin egg skins for later use.

Slice the ham and set aside.

Use the little oil left over from the egg crust to fry the ham on both sides until it is browned and set aside.

Cut off the browned sides of the bread slices.
