Quick Mix Pickles
1.
Main and auxiliary ingredients: mustard knots, carrots, coriander

Wash the mustard bumps and carrots
3.
Wipe them into silk with a wiper respectively
4.
Wash the coriander and cut into sections
5.
Then mix the mustard lumps and carrots with salt and monosodium glutamate, then add the coriander segments
6.
Serve on a plate after 10 minutes
Tips:
If you use celery, blanch it with boiling water before using it.
