Radish Sprouts Mixed with Silver Needle Mushroom

Own radish seedlings

Very fresh, eat and cut

Cut off the roots and clean them

Remove the silver needle mushroom, take the top, wash and drain

Bring water to a boil in the pot, pour in the radish sprouts, stir quickly with chopsticks, immediately take out and let cool

Bring the radish seedlings to a boil again, pour the silver needle mushrooms in the blanching water for about a minute, remove and rinse and set aside

Blanch the radish sprouts and silver needle mushrooms in a large bowl, add a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, and a little balsamic vinegar and mix well. Can be decorated with orange peel or something
