Raw Chocolate

Put the whipped cream ➕ water gluten into the milk pot and boil, pour it into the bowl with chocolate, then pour the melted butter, stir it, you can steam it in the pot over water, and stir with a blender while steaming

Lay out the mold with oil paper

Pour into molds, smooth, and refrigerate for at least two hours

Take out the cut after two hours
