Red Bean Buns

Soak the red beans for 24 hours in advance, steam them in a steamer, pour out the excess water, add a little honey and mix well to make red bean paste.

Pumpkin fermentation noodles. After the second fermentation, the yellow noodles with pumpkin puree added, take out the added noodles and knead to expel the air, let it rest and relax, learn to make fancy buns.

Matcha fermented noodles. After the second fermentation, the green noodles with matcha powder are taken out, and the noodles are taken out and kneaded to expel the air. After letting rest to relax, learn how to make fancy buns. (Last time I added too much matcha powder, the green tea powder will turn black after steaming, this time I added a little less matcha powder)

Take a piece of pumpkin fermented noodle and roll it into a garden skin, put in the red bean paste, and wrap it into a ball.

Take five small pieces of pumpkin fermented noodles, knead them into petals, stick them to the top of the red bean buns, rub small balls with matcha fermented noodles into the center of the petals to make flower cores. Make it into a green body.

After the green body is finished, cover it with a damp cloth to keep it warm and keep it moisturized for 40 minutes. Put the green body in a hot pot and steam for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and steam again for 5 minutes.
