Red Bean Milk Ice
1.
Wash the red beans, add 6 cups of water to soak for 2 hours, transfer to the stove together with the soaking water, boil first on high heat, then simmer for 1 hour on low heat.
2.
When the red bean is cracked, add sugar to taste, stir carefully until the sugar melts and turn off the heat when it is sticky and let cool
3.
When eating, add shaved ice to the plate, top with red beans, and finally top with condensed milk and serve.
Tips:
1. The red bean is soaked and then boiled. It is easier to rot, but don't have too much water. Be careful to turn it with a spoon in the middle, and don't use too much force to prevent the beans from being crushed.
2. Before the red bean is boiled, no sugar can be added, otherwise it will not be easy to boil.
