Red Bean Paste
1.
material:
Zhanyi Red Beans: 200g, Brown Sugar: 100g, Baking Oil: 50g
2.
Soak the red beans overnight in advance (you can put them in the refrigerator in hot weather)
3.
Put the soaked red beans in a pot and boil them with more water. When the boiled ones are about to dry, try to see if the red beans are rotten. If they are not rotten, continue to add more water to boil
4.
Cook until the water is almost dry and the red beans are rotten
5.
Put the boiled red beans into a sieve with coarser holes, and use a spoon to crush the red bean paste. The red bean skins are separated by the sieve.
6.
Pour the baking oil into a non-stick pan and heat it up, then pour half of the brown sugar and red bean paste into the pan and stir-fry evenly over medium and low heat
7.
Stir-fry the brown sugar with the red bean paste. After the baking oil is fully fused, stir-fry until it has a certain consistency. Add the remaining brown sugar and continue to stir-fry
8.
Stir and fry until the water evaporates and the consistency is dry and hard. The red bean paste is complete, and it can be eaten or used after cooling.
Tips:
1. It is best if you have a pressure cooker or rice cooker at home to cook red beans, which is more convenient
2. After cooling the fried bean paste, put it in the refrigerator
