Red Bean Paste Filling
1.
Wash the red beans and soak in water for one hour
2.
Pour out the water used to soak the beans, pour the soaked red beans into the inner pot of the pressure cooker, fill in 1.5 times the water, close the lid and toggle the pressure valve, three to four cooking programs (my home is Supor Smart Electric pressure cooker, the mastery of different programs of tools and the water absorption of beans are different)
3.
The beans are cooked, wait for it to cool a little bit, it looks darker due to the lighting problem~
4.
If you have a cooking machine at home, it’s easy. This one is very simple (I didn’t buy a machine before, I used to sieve the cooked beans, the process was very heart-breaking)
5.
Just a few clicks and it's OK
6.
Put corn oil in a non-stick pan (the oil is larger than usual for cooking), add bean paste, soft white sugar (adjust according to your own taste, you can choose white sugar) The next is a long and non-stop frying process , Stir-fry to the extent you need (because I usually use red bean paste to make Chinese dim sum, so I can make it dry. Generally, I need to stir-fry for 40 minutes. If I make red bean paste, you can reduce the time)
Tips:
1. Don't leave during the frying process, you must stir frying non-stop, and be careful of the small bubbles splashed by the bean paste heated to a certain degree and hurt yourself
2. 500g red adzuki beans can make three catties of red bean paste
