Tips:
I made the red bean paste in advance. When making bean buns, if the dough is dry, you can dip it with a little water; you can also first shape the small noodles into a nest shape by hand, then put the red bean paste, and slowly close the mouth with the help of the tiger’s mouth. When mixing the noodles, do not add too much water, otherwise the noodles will be too soft and will collapse easily when steamed.
