Red Bean Raw Cheese Cake Pieces

Mix the cream cheese and butter that have returned to room temperature with a spatula.

Add white sugar and stir with an electric whisk until it is soft!

Add yogurt and mix well. I added homemade strawberry yogurt. In fact, it is better to add the original flavor. The room temperature yogurt sold outside is fine!

Add the beaten egg liquid in two portions and mix well.

Add the sifted low-gluten flour and mix well again!

Add honey beans and stir evenly with a spatula. I don't like the particularly sweet taste, so I use red beans that are soft boiled by myself. If you like sweeter ones, you can use the honey beans you bought directly!

Brush the baking pan with a layer of butter, and then spread greased paper, the greased paper should be more than one centimeter higher than the surrounding area, so that the finished product can be easily taken out! I didn't have a suitable mold (12-13cm square mold), so I used the baking pan at home. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes; then change to 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes!

I prefer to refrigerate for a while before eating, it is softer and smoother!

Use cream cheese, butter, and eggs after the room temperature warms up!
