Red Bean, Red Lotus Seed, Red Date Syrup

Soak red dates, red beans and red lotus seeds in cold water overnight;

Red dates are opened and pitted;

Pour the ingredients into the pot, put 1/2 pot of clean water, and turn on high heat;

After the water is boiled, the foam will float on the surface;

Use a flat sieve to skim off the foam;

Cover the pot and change the heat to medium-low for about 1 to 1.5 hours or until the beans and lotus seeds are softened and bloomed. After the soup is done, add brown sugar powder or slices of sugar, and serve.
Tips:
Try to use brown sugar, brown sugar powder and flake sugar to make the soup more flavorful.
