Red Beans, Barley, Jujube, Soy Milk
1.
Use the measuring cup that comes with the soymilk to weigh out half a cup of soybeans.
2.
Half a cup of red beans.
3.
1/3 cup barley.
4.
Put red beans, soybeans, and barley together, rinse twice, and soak in water overnight.
5.
Soak the beans overnight and wash them again.
6.
Pour the soaked beans into the soymilk machine, add water to between the upper and lower water levels of the soymilk machine, as close to the bottom line as possible, and make the soymilk thicker.
7.
3 jujubes, washed, pitted, and torn into small pieces.
8.
Add it to the soymilk maker.
9.
Select "Five Grains Soy Milk" and it will run automatically until the end of the program.
10.
With the addition of jujube, the prepared soy milk has a slight sweet taste, which can dilute the taste of barley. My soymilk is filter-free, and the bean dregs are very delicate and can be drunk together for more nutrition.
