Red Brown Rice Balls

Wash the red brown rice, soak in water overnight, and simmer in a rice cooker.

Stir the simmered red brown rice to loosen, add white sesame seeds.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces and stir in.

Cut the cherry radish into small pieces and stir in.
5.
Add canned shellfish and mix well.
6.
Stuff the rice into the mold and press it upside down after compaction.
Transfer the rice ball to a plate, squeeze it with tomato sauce and eat.
Tips:
1. White sesame seeds can be roasted in advance to taste more delicious.
2. The canned shellfish can be replaced by any canned food, this one is very flavourful and it is not recommended to omit it. The canned food contains salt, so there is no need to put salt in the rice balls.
