Lazy Nutrition Germ Rice Congee

Pour the ingredients into the stewing pot, after washing

Add water to the stewing pot, and it will be about 80% full. Put a bowl of water outside the stewing pot

Set the stew pot to cook for 2 hours. I set up an appointment before going to bed for 4 hours and cook for 2 hours for a total of 6 hours before drinking the porridge. (This stew pot has been with me for five or six years. The electronic display is a bit insensitive.) Add sugar/honey to the cooked porridge according to your favorite taste. You can add some milk and coconut milk to drink.

Tips:
Miscellaneous grains and germ rice can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen, or they can be sealed one by one in small packaging bags like me.
