Ingredients

Bacon and Douban Multigrain Rice

1. Wash bacon

2. Cut into small cubes and add some cooking wine

3. Add rice to the rice cooker

4. Add red brown rice

5. Add appropriate amount of water after washing

6. Add diced bacon

7. Select the brown rice button to start cooking

8. Wash fresh broad beans

9. Peel off the skin into Douban

10. Fry the watercress in a frying pan

11. Add some salt to taste and stir well for later use

12. After boiling until the water is dry, there are about 20 minutes left, add the fried watercress

13. When time is up, you can add some chicken powder and lard and mix well.

Tips:

I didn’t add salt to the whole rice because of the taste of bacon and the added salt when frying
