Sweet Potato Porridge with Walnuts and Lily Mixed Grains

Red brown rice, red bean wheat, lotus seeds, and lilies need to be soaked for about half an hour after washing.

Walnuts and peanuts can be picked up for later use only after a little cleaning.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces.

When the wheat and red brown rice are soaked until soft, pour them into the pressure cooker.

Add red beans and lily together.

Finally, add walnuts and peanuts.

Inject an appropriate amount of clean water.

Boil on high heat until steam in the pressure cooker. Turn off the heat, and let it continue to simmer for about half an hour.

After the air is exhausted, open the lid and pour in the cut sweet potatoes.

Tips:
I cook this porridge with neither salt nor sugar. It is light and original. If you like sweets, you can add sugar or salt. According to personal preference
