Red Date Cake

Wash the red dates and cook them in a rice cooker.

The cooked red dates are taken out and let cool, peeled and cored, and crushed with a spoon to form red dates puree.

Add corn oil, stir well and set aside for later use.

Put the egg whites into a large basin without water and oil, and add white vinegar.

Preheat the oven and heat up and down at 160 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Let it cool and cut it into small pieces.

Tips:
1. When baking cakes, the temperature and duration of the oven are determined according to the size of the cake.
2. Like a more delicate taste, you can use a cooking machine to break it up when making jujube puree.
